Each piece you see here is handpicked with intention. I partner with small, made-to-order brands to keep things unique, limited, and low-waste. Some styles move fast and ship out the next day, while others may need a few extra days of love before heading your way.
Most BBK orders ship within 7-9 business days. Some items may ship the next day if they’re ready to go, while others might take up to a week if they’re still in production or awaiting restock. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships!
Sometimes! Because we work with made-to-order brands, restocks are limited. If you love something, snag it while you can 👀
We totally get it, things happen! If you need to make changes, email us within 24 hours of placing your order at courtney@bbkandco.shop. After that window, we can’t guarantee edits since items begin processing.
Yes! If you’re local to Arcola, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready for pickup at our storefront.

For regular BBK purchases, we accept returns for a refund within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment

Why are the bundles final sale?
Because each bundle is curated, discounted, and limited, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on them. These drop pieces move fast and are meant to be a collector moment 🤌
- Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands (we wish we could drive it to you ourselves!)
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the carrier first.
- If it bounces back to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the package, but the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
